Pros

Good benefits and retirement plan. Almost impossible to be fired for lack of performance. There are some genuine people to build meaningful business relationships with from all levels.

Cons

Training programs are either outdated, underdeveloped, or nonexistent. Very difficult to promote without playing the corporate politics game. Corporate leadership is reluctant to change and innovation. Decisions from the corporate level are made with little to no consideration on how it will affect the company as a whole. Mysterious lack of accountability for certain people.

From a corporate perspective, there appears to be a genuine effort to support employees not only professionally, but also personally. The company promotes a positive work environment where employees feel valued, respected, and supported. This focus on people helps build stronger morale, encourages teamwork, and creates a culture where employees are motivated to contribute and grow within the organization.

“While the company demonstrates a strong commitment to employee well-being at the corporate level, there are opportunities for improvement within some plant-level operations. Communication between corporate leadership and local management can at times feel disconnected, and employees may feel hesitant to openly share concerns or feedback due to fear of retaliation from certain managers. Additionally, compensation does not always align with current industry standards, which can impact employee morale and retention. Despite these concerns, the company’s benefits package remains one of its strongest assets and is a key reason many employees continue to stay committed to the organization.”
