Fantastic co-workers and life balance support, still has a cash balance "pension" and a 401k as well. Many added benefits such as elder care & child care credits. Up to $1600 Reimbursement Program is designed to provide Prudential employees the flexibility to help meet their diverse wellbeing needs.
