Pros

Prudential is the right company for anyone who likes structure, processes, development and growth. If you are a strong and talented performer, you will shine and will be rewarded more than adequately. It is a hierarchical organization with many layers, which translates into opportunities to grow. The company has great values and great ethics, exactly what you want in a Financial organization. And, the company cares and fosters diversity in all senses.

Cons

Change is not easy to implement at Prudential. It's OK if you have lots of great innovative ideas, just know that the process to get them to the light will not be an easy one. I still consider it worth it, but just know it's very different from a 'Google' type of culture.
