Great benefits. Autonomy. Independence. No quotas for product.

Cons

High pressure. Must do more each year to make same pay. Support is getting less each year.

Big company with a great vision and leading products.

Cons

Middle Management is stuck with frumpy people that have had those jobs forever and do whatever it takes to hold on to them. Middle management avoids any sort of risk at all costs. They fire all top producers and protect all bottom producers.
