Pros

Prudential has good name recognition and several good products. The online training was very good. The environment was very professional.

Cons

The company needs to do a better job of explaining what the job entails and the money to be made. When I was hired I just signed some papers and I was not told all that was required before receiving any kind of income or commissions.
