Pros

Worked in asset management and found it to be a great team environment and a great growth opportunity for all. Career aspirations were given encouragement, career pathing is important and there was transparency with compensation and review process. Best place I have worked.

Cons

Prudential is risk adverse and slower than some other Fortune 500 companies to embrace new technology. Mutliple levels of VP's before reaching senior management is a problem.
