Pros

Very competitve compensation package and benefit programs. Employees have a good work ethic and folks are hard working and there are many opportunities to grow.

Cons

The level of politics has a big effect on productivity and eventual performance of the Company. If this can be controlled then results will improve drastically. Also no tolerance for risk - very conservative approach

Pros

Great brand name that commands immediate respect in the market place. Benefits are top world class and are focused on a diverse work force

Cons

Seems there is continuous reorganization internally. Leading to a lot of gaps in continuity which has a very negative impact on clients and those employees who are client facing

It feels like a family more than an office.

Cons

It can have the drama of a family, and there is little feedback for the secretaries.
