Pros

Company itself is good but job is boring.

Cons

It is harder than you realize to get promoted. A lot of emphasis on Dalbar which might be a little unwarranted.

Pros

Extremely satisfied with experience there. People were friendly, culture was great. Work force is clearly valued and well-managed. People are treated like people and they get the job done. Lots of opportunity for advancement and growth across the business.

Cons

Shelton office is a little out of the way if you want to be near Hartford or New York, but it offers an easy commute.
