Pros

Marketing department has a friendly atmosphere, benefits are good. company pays attention to the importance of family and organises many family-friendly activities. Cheaper mobile phone plans, gym membership among others with employment.

Cons

low salary range for marketing staff and slightly difficult role due to having to deal with insurance agents who can be quite demanding.

Pros

I'd give an overall score of 90%; the remaining 10% is my only con shown below...

Cons

Base salaries are low... really low, especially for young professionals (35 and younger)... not many of them here, so I guess it's not an "issue" for management given the aging workforce.

Pros

Name Recognition - length of time in business. Training for passing Securiies tests was excellent - Training Manager knew when you were ready

Cons

As a new rep, your Manager is required to go out with you on all Client appointments. Now if he has sick dog or dead battery, you need to reschedule your appointment. Commissions are low.
