Pros

None, It's generic, so much politics, better options to pursue. Good to start your career.

Cons

So many -- benefits check in after 3 years -- Medical benefits expensive etc

Pros

The benefits and work life balance at prudential is what kept me here for almost 4 years. Many people in the company have been working there for more than 10 years.

Cons

The cons of working at Pru is the fact that they don’t have paid sick leave. Also, there needs to be more younger people and diversity at the leadership level
