      Pros

      There are some awesome people who work here. We work really hard to get the patients their medication come rain or shine. Our business is growing at an exponential rate.

      Cons

      There is a distinct culture of favoritism. You're allowed to get away with pretty much anything (even to the detriment of your team) as long as you're a favorite.

      Family Oriented Company. The company has many opportunities available which allows people to find the best fit for them. They offer a competitive benefit package.

      Cons

      They have decreased the education opportunities over the past few years. They do not give enough of the tools new employees need to be as successful. They focus on training online not offering all the wonderful classes that use to be available.
