Pros is having a wonderful administrator

Cons

Having a DHS that constantly do things that could affect our residents. Such as having a nurse that is in training take the keys so she and her unit managers can go home before 5pm. Also leaving the same nurse that’s in training 2 different hall keys while she and both unit managers go home. Constantly calling the administrator inappropriate names because he’s trying to communicate the problems that are being brought to him. I never felt so uncomfortable being in a building like that.
