Pros

Good team at local level. Decent pay initially but that's how they suck you in

Cons

Horrible health insurance. If you are a nurse they will bend over backwards to keep you with bonuses. If you are part of the therapy team which has been keeping home health a float during a nursing shortage they could care less. Horrible upper level management. Horrible communication. Horrible mileage reimbursement. There is not enough room to write all the negatives

Pros

Can't think of any except the concept to provide top quality care .

Cons

1. Lack of equipment to do your job ... i.e. - a WORKING networking system that allows you to do your job 2. An administrator that is level headed, and not a shallow self-centered, fly off the handle, giving unrealistic commands and expectations of the employees. 3. VERY and I mean VERY top heavy in management ! the "good ol boy" system is alive and well at Pruitt Health 4. Horrible health insurance, retirement (401k), and holiday benefits.... getting worse every day.

Pros

I work with a great team of people and the pay isn't bad

Cons

Heavy workload, health insurance is subpar and super expensive, only 1 paid holiday, 401K match is only 2%, they recently decreased milage reimbursement, no tuition reimbursement, no PTO buy back, raises are rare, this will be the second year without a bonus, facilities are regularly short staffed...I could keep going...
