Pros

On a local level the people are great! Hard working and dedicated with a realistic view of their market and patients progress possibilities.

Cons

The corporate office is disconnected and uncaring. They could care less about employees or patients just get them numbers so they can continue to pull down their big salaries. .. and if you EARN any PTO use it!!! Because when you leave from them they will not give you what you EARNED.

Pros

Pay was fair as long as you are not salaried. If you are not the Nha or dhs the salary doesn’t match the hours.

Cons

Changed schedule that had been the reason I accepted the position at the facility YEARS earlier . NHA hires friends and gives them better hours and pay. (I couldn’t work the schedule I had worked for years, but the friend could). Benefits were awful. No holidays. Insurance was expensive with high deductible and poor coverage. Provider choices were limited:
