      Pros

      Multiple locations, this was the only pro I could think of.

      Cons

      Lack of training, expectations aren’t reasonable with the lack of training. No full support, no teamwork and the new Administrator for home care side, has an everyone is replaceable attitude. So many cons I can’t keep up, you also don’t get your PTO that you earned once you resign.
