With the little time visiting pruitt health I’m exited about joining the team. I discovered it’s a great company to work for. I met a quite of few people today and I was amazed at all the smiles and partnership!

Cons

I came from retreat nursing and I really miss my residents. I’ll continue to visit them often

Easy Interview The hiring manager Shalonda is super nice Learned the importance of teamwork, even if lacking.

Cons

Severe lack of training for new hires Teamwork is poor — requests for help often ignored Unsafe working conditions (patients left unsupervised, staff stretched too thin) Physically and emotionally overwhelming with little support Management does not ensure fair or safe staff-to-patient assignments The older staff are mean to the residents and talk to them any type of way
