      A job is better than no job

      Cons

      Don’t get paid correctly all the time, don’t get sign on bonus on time, ghetto work environment, rude management & staff, infested with roaches, dirty facility, PTO takes a long time to build up, always extremely short staffed, had to beg for uniform, & never got a name tag badge, residents are left wet & neglected

      Pros

      Working here will make any other job the best job ever.

      Cons

      Benefits inferior, for every 12 hrs you work you are compensated around 4 hours and it is difficult to figure out if you’re pay is correct. The home health agency I worked for did not have territories you spend most of your day driving and not compensated for your time. They have lots of career opportunities because they cannot keep staff.

      On site cafeteria- when not closed due to Covid cases

      Cons

      Leadership turns a blind eye. Will blame every other department before taking accountability for their own inactions. Company brags of family values but will watch employees struggle to either pay for insurance or rent due to low wages. Overall poor leadership- you can only advance if you are "in" with your manager.
