      Pros

      Very minimal. Only patients serve as a pro for the facility. Some of the staff are great.

      Cons

      Absolutely every aspect of the corporate and individual facility. Extreme favortism. Administrator lacks leadership and management skills.Poorly organized. Patients are not well cared for.Corporate only care about the budgets. Not enough staff, running under regulation, and no equipment to perform duties.

      Not much. It's a paycheck

      Cons

      Always short staffed, Can't keep CNAs, Workload is large with no way to complete everything but you get in trouble for not completing work, Management is disorganized, Run from this place, money is not worth it!
