      The place is nice and clean some of the Work are nice come when you need them . Smells clean .good team work

      Cons

      Some sometimes when you call for help they have an attitude when you are the out of gloves in the bathroom some of the aides don't want to go down and get some out of the storage room you have to go tell a nurse to make them actually

      Pros

      I've worked a lot of places. There is no place quite like PruittHealth. Why? The culture. They really aim to do it right, because it's the right thing to do. Never have I heard or had so many conversations about employee satisfaction and how to provide exceptional quality care.

      Cons

      Like any company in this economic climate, they run lean. Yet, the scores continue to outpace the national averages - so I can't say too much here.

      Pros

      Staff who cares for their residents. Tremendous activities department, and willingness for staff to be overworked.

      Cons

      Under current leadership, very unorganized and do not follow leadership policies to be fair to everyone. Depending on what the need is, favoritism and inconsistencies exist. Consultative personnel do not support their leadership, but rather look to demean and tear them down. Too much to do for one individual with no support staff.
