Pros

The feeling of family you get from your coworkers! The feeling of being needed and belonging. The sense of making a difference by just being there.

Cons

Well just like family you have arguments and someone is going to get hurt or thrown under the bus. Coworkers are great as long as they are your equal put them in management and like change over night and forget who you are.

I have racked my brain for quite some time and I can think of not one pro.

Cons

Corporate does not care about their employees. Administrators are unprofessional, unfair and down right nasty. You are very much overworked and underpaid. As a case manager with a bachelors degree I was making $10 and hour. My nurse counterpart with of 15 years of experience was only making about $17 as a nurse!!!
