Pros

In my opinion residents are the only joys of Pruitt; to be able to help those less privileged is in deed a blessing, they are your motivation.

Cons

Residents out number CNAs causing an unfair and inappropriate work load, with no help from staff such as Nurses or Supervisors. Residents are neglected/abused due to missed meals and misuse of medications by particular nurses: resulting in tremendous weight loss and abnormal behavior. Favoritism, lack of structure and discipline exalted by superiors. CEO and fellow associates of Pruitt Health Old Capitol get filthy rich off residents and refuse to award their workers for all their hard work.
