Pros

The people really want what is best for the patient. The team works together to ensure that the needs of all patients are cared for timely. I would say teamwork.

Cons

It is a big company. Health insurance could be better and communication could always improve but overall I think its a good company.

A family friendly environment with lots of room for upward mobility. It is an rewarding experience to deliver high quality patient care.

Cons

Healthcare is a heavily regulated environment that creates stress. PruittHealth has a good regulatory record, but the same stress exists.
