      Pros

      Overall work environment is pleasant. CNA's are the best.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between management and staff. ( not all facilities)

      Pros

      The social workers care so much about the clients. The nurses, CRNs and CPNs were hard working and always did their job, even with the most difficult clients.

      Cons

      So much gossib between the nursing and care staff. It was ridiculously catty and backstabbing. Senior staff only made it worse and would tell you one thing behind closed doors and then a totally oposite thing in meeting.

      Coworkers pull together as a team. Residents and families. The pay is nice.

      Communication and the lack of professionalism.
