      Working with the same crew for 6 yrs before SCRUITT took over.

      Cons

      Money hungry company only focused on the VISUAL of the facility rather than the CARE of the residents and staff.

      Pros

      The only good thing about working there was the opportunity to build relationships in the community and with co-workers who were equally frustrated and miserable.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. Seriously. The owner is completely disconnected from the company and it's needs. Upper management is related to or sleeping with others in the company, and they depend on those connections to run the company rather than actually strategically figuring it out.

      Stability. You do have room to move up the latter if you move to Atlanta Georgia.

      Cons

      Was promised a promoted position was being made for me. Year later was told my position was not important enough to promote.
