      Steady paycheck ! close to home, good co workers

      Cons

      No benefits, like no pay for holidays, upper management like DHS and Administrator talks to staff as if they are not adults. building structure old, mold and rust in residents room. really not enough time in day to name all the cons.

      Working with the same crew for 6 yrs before SCRUITT took over.

      Cons

      Money hungry company only focused on the VISUAL of the facility rather than the CARE of the residents and staff.

      Stability. You do have room to move up the latter if you move to Atlanta Georgia.

      Was promised a promoted position was being made for me. Year later was told my position was not important enough to promote.
