      Pros

      The only pro is the wage. And if you are lucky enough to get a new hire bonus, save it. You'll need it to pay for your health insurance. All the overtime you want . If you want to work 80 hrs a week or more , come on down. Bodies count. Not actual work being done.

      Cons

      1 paid holiday a year. Yes. I said a year. Incredibly high priced insurance. Each option is worse than the last. Par for the course, short staffed always. Very sorry I took the job . Not a good vibe or a good place to work long term. No accountability for wrongdoing. Just a body in the building. If there is staff great. If not and you have a hall to yourself, who you going to tell?

      Pros

      Committed to Caring. Culture that promotes accountability and great patient care. Friendly Staff that come to work each day prepared to be the best. Family Atmosphere makes everyone want to be successful.

      Cons

      Advancement is sometimes difficult. Given the size of the organization communication is sometimes difficult. Other than that this is a great place to work.

      Pros

      The salaries are higher than most. Corporate events, annual conferences are top notch and employees are treated wonderfully.

      Cons

      Patient care leaves a lot to be desired because the staff are so unhappy. Turn over is astronomical! There is no one to address with your boss or supervisor. This company will do everything from falsifying documentation to threatening termination to get staff to comply.
