Pros

The residents are as sweet as they can be.

Cons

No staff No supplies Smells like urine and funk because showers can’t be given because they refuse to fix them. Place is a dump It’s a Medicaid home so little to no money is put back in it and the residents suffer.

Pros

The employees really care about patients and patient care. Direct care managers are on board as well.

Cons

Management is forcing us to use software (that isn't designed for outpatient) which adds MUCH more time for each visit, so pay was cut to offset using the less efficient programs. In 6 months I went from salary, to hourly, but because the software adds so much more time they lost money, they moved us back to salary, but lower than before and now I work 10+ hours a week more for less pay. I thought I would retire here, but it doesn't seem like they want employees to stay. Turnover is high while morale is VERY low. Management ignores our input and got the predictable results.
