We have a good management team here, we work together and even though we do have hard times we are a family.

Cons

Not enough staff, not given correct pay for amount of years of experience, workload is unreasonable at times having 1-2 CNAs on each shift but we keep getting admissions and most times they are difficult because of behaviors.

The residence are the one and only good thing about working at Pruitt Health.

Cons

No staff management is unprofessional they don’t listen, and they talk about your business to other staff members in the hallways. There are no supplies to do our jobs. There are no sheets to make beds and beds are constantly needing to be remade because other staff members neglect their job And leave wet sheets on beds

For The Oaks Bethany folks of PruittHealth. It is a nice place. Peaceful environment with good people who always promote teamwork.

Cons

Limited free benefits. Decent salary rate but you can only save few if you have big family to support.
