Good company to gain experience for employees starting out in healthcare

Pros

Management is making an effort to hire CNAs that really want to provide person-centered care for residents. Management encourages employees to get additional training and provides additional compensation once employees finish additional training. Employee have the option of transferring to and/or working in different locations within the organization.

Cons

Communication among employees and management needs to improve.
