      Pros

      Flexible Hours, cheap meals

      Cons

      No Holiday pay, No bonus Insurance is too high. You only get one uniform and it has to have the logo you must pay for more with your hard working money. Unfortunately there is no growth with the company Mr. Pruitt only cares about himself and not the employees. Pay isn't great either taxes included.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities within Pruitt Health if someone is willing to stick to it and work hard. Patient care is the back bone of what they do. A truly caring person can advance as high as they choose to.

      Cons

      Unfortunately as good as Pruitt Health can be, each facility can either be an enjoyable place to work or a nightmare depending on local management. Starting wages could be better.

      There are some people at this company who are absolutely wonderful to work with

      Paid time off is horrific at best Expect you to work overtime as a salary employee 55 to 60 hours a week minimum Claims to be a Christian company but doesn't act like it Software is outdated and not user-friendly
