Pros

PruTech is very diverse and has an open culture. I've met some very talented and goal oriented people that has helped me progress in my career. As a woman I have experienced employers in the past who didn't value my contributions, especially in the IT industry. However, PruTech has proven time and time again that everyone is given a fair shot and advancement is based solely on performance and delivery. Very very refreshing!!! I highly recommend joining a company like this.

Cons

Because of the nature of the business, work demand is very high.

Pros

Prutech has potential and great technical talent.

Cons

The CEO doesn't know what he is doing. He treats people like they don't know anything and treats you like a number instead of a person. He trusts the wrong people who are corrupt and do unethical things. If you are a woman, they will treat you like your second class and as a sex object. If you are interview with this company run. Most of the employees are contracters and are out for themself. They will back stab you just to protect.
