Pros

You can work with them but don’t trust anyone. They have their own inside crowd. They don’t see hard work they want favoritism. They will place you according to the norm meaning whatever race and gender is popular.

Cons

They will harass you if they need something it doesn’t matter what time it is. Management Needs to scale back on the amount of projects they are handling and focus on employees that are handling the project.
