Small Intimate Team Lots of Hands on training opportuniites

Cons

Severely lacking in business sales. Lack of positions to work on and even fewer the sales team was able to close on. Worked 99% on roles for Wells Fargo, which Prutech is no longer an approved vendor for. Low Pay and No commissions

Pros

I worked with PruTech on few projects and I enjoyed the fast-paced environment and the different technologies each project requires. I had full freedom on how to execute the project without an imposed process. As long as the project was getting done, I did not even have to send long status reports or be micro-managed by admin. staff. The work schedule was flexible and working remotely was an option. I had a good time during my time with the company and I would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of environment.

Can improve the communication with staff after major achievements.
