Pros

This has been one of the best places that I have worked at in a number of years. They do a great job balancing work expectations with personal life and really look to help each individual improve professionally and personally. Many businesses focus solely on the bottom line but here is feels much more about doing what is right to all parties, internal and external.

Cons

We are a relatively small agile team and so some of the operational structure isn't in place and requires team members to step in and do a bit more to fill in the gaps. The company always recognizes the effort and gives accolades but you need to be comfortable with flexibility in execution.

Pros

I would describe PruTech as a firm where true professionals can thrive in a way that no other organization allows. PruTech embraces, encourages, and allows professionals to infinitely explore their entrepreneurial instincts and talents. This firm's only limitations is of that of your own will. I have never worked for, or known of, a firm to allow so much latitude to operate on your own terms.

Cons

The negative aspects of PruTech are the same as its positive ones. The uniqueness of the open aspects of how you are allowed to operate cause a period of adjustment. You are not limited or defined by your job title and you are expected to focus on the end goal of customer success. If you are looking for a role where you are given constant direction and need the traditional structure of more rigid and less agile firms, this culture may not be what you are looking for.
