Need to pay young people better, focus on cost cutting as it is a manufacturing plant and they are trying to decrease unit cost, office could do with a revamp.

The Cable industry is not a very profitable industry. The margins on products sold are pretty low. The company is the global leader in this market; despite this they push to keep costs as low as possible. The company dos not invest in employee taining
