Major communication issues. Upper management did not communicate properly with lower management. After years of no raises and yearly layoffs due to the economy we were bought out by Motorola solutions and left in limbo for 3-4 months. Then told us they were going to keep us and grow the dept. Gave us a rate increase and went over benefits package for the year then two weeks later were told that our jobs were being outsourced to Mexico. Very confusing emotional roller coaster ride. Glad it is over.
