Pros

Home every day and on weekends

Cons

Get a 1 cent raise after then have to wait 4 more years to get who knows how much raise. No such thing as vacation here it's called pto give you certain amount at first once it's gone you don't roll back you earn an hour per paycheck oh and that's vacation and sick time all together so once it all gone it's hard to build back up so if you decide to take vacation make sure you verify that you have it to take cause your manager won't do their job and verify and make sure u have vacation to take.trucks only go 67 so don't plan on passing very many trucks all in all company is non existent besides the drivers you see and the checks you receive oh and the memos you get every once in awhile saying how they change stuff to basically take away from the drivers

Pros

You can get experience in logistics

Cons

Poor pay Worst Upper Management No Training No Recognition from the company Upper Management Lies on you then fire you. Yell at you, talk to you like children, unfair to the diverse community. Work you more than 15 hours with no overtime. Cheat employees and contractors out of their pay. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked at. THEY DO NOT CARE.
