Great work/life balance, but no future

Pros

Work/life balance was great along with the hours. Sr Mgr was understanding as well. Pay was great but too much once Covid hit and business was effected

Cons

The consistent turnover of drivers due to low pay. No room for growth, no tuition reimbursement offered, or open to additional lines of business. Stuck with what is working, not willing to explore other possibilities of revenue

Terrible pay, Rob employees every week, no way to advance, company is an revolving door. And for good reason.

They leave you alone ant let you do your job for the most part. Work is plentiful if you are willing to put in the hours.

Cons

Do not expect a pay raise, health benefits are expensive, camera looking at you the whole time you are in the truck, high turnover rate in drivers and management.
