Work by yourself, great pay, and bonuses when revenue was coming in

Cons

The uncertainty of work due to the seasonality of the companies hauled for. Needed additional opportunities to expand the revenue. Unfortunately, this did not happen during my tenure. Had it, I would of welcomed the added responsibilities in growing a competitive market - Chicago

Pros

Work/life balance was great along with the hours. Sr Mgr was understanding as well. Pay was great but too much once Covid hit and business was effected

Cons

The consistent turnover of drivers due to low pay. No room for growth, no tuition reimbursement offered, or open to additional lines of business. Stuck with what is working, not willing to explore other possibilities of revenue

Terrible pay, Rob employees every week, no way to advance, company is an revolving door. And for good reason.
