Pros
Not hard. Work alone most of time. Nice training so you know what you're doing if not you just call and some will help. Possibility to live in one of their apartments.
Cons
They just don't pay enough. You work alone but your coworker may talk about you behind your back. Weird clique-like vibes sometimes. Not diverse. No team comradery. Not getting 40 hours like I thought. No set schedule. Just random, can't live like that.
