      Pros

      Its a good job if you dont like working in large groups. Also theres always something to do. It definitely keeps you busy. Once your a property manager you can live on site rent and utility free.

      Cons

      It can be very stressful at times. The relief managers only make 25 cents more an hour then the property managers but still have to do just as much work as the property managers.
