The company is very understanding if an employee has health issues when it comes to attendance. If you work hard the company will acknowledge the effort you put in.
Cons
My only suggestion to the CEO and Senior Management in order to keep good employees who have no choice but to look for a better paying job. Keep in mind many of your employees are single living on one income with inflation and the high cost of housing. PS is a large corporation I think management should discuss with the CEO about paying customers service agents who have a lot of experience should be paid minimum of $18.00 an hour. It would be beneficial to the company by keeping good employees plus the budget for training new employees would degrees and lower turnover rate.
