Pros
The only upside is a paycheck. And that they can't keep new hires long enough so we are always short handed
Cons
They now split our schedule so we have to work at 2 different stores. They are trying to get more work out of less people. They are not thinking about the customers. Customers WANT AND NEED to have someone in the office when they are there. Not everyone will use apps or go online. They want to see someone in person. They won't let us order basic office supplies and cleaning products but still expect things to get done. Barely above minimum wage and I have to buy my own supplies. We are nothing more than janitors.
