Pros
The team i worked with was absolutely amazing. They were very supported and helped me improve my skills while I worked there and they definitely watched over each other. I loved interacting with some of the customers and I actually learned knew things and had interesting conversations with some of the regulars on the properties.
Cons
I started at PS and it was nice at first, but please be careful because they do not care about you. They care about numbers and the way the property needs to look (like an corporation). They are super understaffed and will spread their employees out thin. I've seen people work 8-12 days straight from how understaffed we were. The DM I had made it difficult to have a work life balance because they could not get a set schedule in, Sometimes it would get published a couple days before the next week is about to start. They also would not respect the time off people have submitted whether it was put in weeks or months in advance. Like I said, choose this job wisely. They pay $17/hour and they do not give raises unless the minimum wage goes up. From my experience, the amount of stress and the unrealistic standards higher management hold you too is not worth the pay. Sometimes the physical labor is too much on one's body as well.
