Flexible schedule with low budgets and high demands
Pros
-Work alone or with 1 other person, management isn't constantly in your face -Job requires leaving the office to walk around facility -Company tries to keep you in districts close to your home. I work at 10 locations, but none of them are more than 20 min from my house -Schedule is a set time every single day (for most locations). No Clopening shifts, graveyard, or early mornings.
Cons
-Facilities have low monthly budgets, often not letting you order more than $100 per month to accomplish your job. They will get on your case about resolutions you literally can't accomplish because they denied something -Company uses third party vendors for repairs, often waiting long periods of time (some month +) while you have to handle disgruntled customers not understanding why their important repairs havent been done yet -Unnecessary volume of calls each month (Some locations 500+) that they require done by specific dates, regardless if the facility has been only managed by one employee the entire month -Management often requires you to lie or bend the truth for even the simplest of responses (You really have to tell people that in 2026 you simply cannot access online pricing)
