      alot of gossip between KTP and Management. No advancement and raises are far and few in between. do not feel appreciated

      Pros

      There are none, they don’t offer employee discounts and the benefits are trash. They offer onsite apartments but reduce your pay significantly to an unlivable wage that you have to kill yourself by working so much overtime you don’t have a work life balance.

      Cons

      Toxic/ hostile work environment The company does not value their employees tenants will threaten you and curse you out and they’ll just be given a credit applied to their account for the next month rather than corporate having your back. Communication is horrible never expect your DM to be available to help she can’t be bothered to take a second of her day to help you. You’ll be working alone all the time and if you have any emergencies you have to figure them out on your own the DM won’t help you. They want you to do everything be security a janitor a secretary and maintenance person a baby sitter but won’t pay you more money. They do not value their good employees you are just a number to them and they see you as replaceable. No job security and your personal safety is put at risk daily with the type of tenants they allow to rent there.
