      Pros

      Living on site saved gas, wear & tear on car and commute time. Did not have the upper mgmt breathing down your back. Enjoyable 50/50 mix of working indoors and outdoors..

      Cons

      Upper management seemed to have a bias against workers who were 50+. That was a shame because this age group worked harder, more reliable and had better customer skills then the 20-21 year olds my DM would only hire. They were on their cell phones all day, call out on a regular basis and were lazy.

      Pros

      What can I say every company has its Pros and Cons. I love that Public Storage gives me an apartment after showing them I work hard and I am reliable. However, prices increase so does gas, food etc ....... In Miami the cost of Living is out of control. Insurance, Taking breaks, understanding, PTO, Sick leave, 401k.

      Cons

      They can change the rules at any given time and fire you at will. I started here making commission and great incentives but I am not sure why it was all taken away. 😢. I feel that it has gone down more work and less money and I have been dedicated for 12 years. I love the managers, but all and all I feel like commission should be given again or more pay in 12 years I averaged .30 cents a year raise? What do you think? Fair or unfair with rising Cost but my apartment is free. Unsure?
