      Pros

      PS is always looking for new innovated ways to move the storage industry forward through improved technology features. Positive culture and environment to work in with a leadership group that truly cares about the field and their opinions. Balanced workload with the independence to cultivate your own structure to be successful. PS believes in development for ALL their employees; not only for them to be successful at PS, but to have improved life, leadership, and business skills. Increased promotional opportunities at all levels makes PS a long term home. By far the best career decision was taking the leap over to PS!

      Cons

      If you struggle with change, PS does have a good amount year over year. However, they do give you the tools, training, and resources to adapt quickly. Because PS is the industry leader, there are very detailed job aids, scripts, and policies to follow. While I love this, some leaders may struggle with the inability to create their own process.
