Pros

They give you a place to stay. You work by yourself majority of the time or with one other person.

Cons

Even though they give you a place to stay they only give you 48 hours to move out & the apartment is really just to trap you so that you’ll stay longer. Horrible pay, no raises or very little, they hound you about selling merchandise and locks and insurance, absolutely no advancement unless you’re a district manager .

Pros

Good structure, advancement opportunity, good pay and benefits.

Cons

You are responsible for selling belongings in units at auction. You are easily replaceable. All numbers are compared to last year. If you do not improve year over year, again, you are easily replaceable regardless of prior results.
