      Flexible, but dead-end, moral is very low among teams, walk outs happen.

      Pros

      Job has its relaxed moments. Beginning and end of the month are rushed, but the middle of the month is slow and allows for a slow paced day and tasks to be done at your own discretion.

      Cons

      The company is very forward about never giving raises. Higher ups come off as unmotivated which creates a hopeless work environment where no one feels the need to do their job. Communication is lacking between higher ups and Management. Often I won’t get responses to emails. Schedule comes out with little to no advance warning, only 2 to 3 days before the work week starts, often I’ve found myself not knowing I work until the day before the shift.
